Owners are NOT to bring their own sub-contractors into Lincombe Boatyard premises without the permission of Winters Marine Ltd.

A charge will be made for tidying up any mess left by owners around boats.

All boats, cars, equipment and stores therein are stored or moored strictly at owners risk.

All work carried out will be invoiced periodically and will be either payable within thirty days or prior to launching, whichever is the soonest.

Boats will not be launched unless all invoices have been settled with Lincombe Boatyard companies.

Interest will be charged at the rate of 2.5%per month on outstanding invoices.

Please observe our Boatyard Safety Instructions at all times.  These are displayed on the noticeboard and provided to new customers.

Furling headsails, sprayhoods, dodgers, canopies etc. should be removed prior to coming ashore to reduce windage.

All vessels lifted at discretion of crane operator and boatyard management.

Owners must provide their own ladders and correctly secure them to their boat. Lincombe Boatyard accepts no responsibility for anyone using borrowed and/or unsecured ladders.

Batteries are not to be left 'on charge' unattended.

Owners are to ensure that any tools and equipment used comply with current health and safety regulations.

All vessels must be covered by a minimum 3,000,000 3rd party liability insurance.

NO Hull or keel blasting is permitted on site.

No sanding of antifoul is permitted on site.

All sanders used on site are to be dustless.

Silicon based antifouls may only be applied by Winters Marine Ltd.

Owners should fit blanks to logs/skin fittings before lifting.
